We came into the Crater's of the Moon National Monument late in Day One. The day had been rainy and very cold. We had to stop several times to get the feeling back in our toes. Shawn's Dad got a little worried when we hadn't shown up at the campsite. About ten miles before we made it to our destination he found us... still chugging along. We made it quite a long way for the first day.
